Dan Reeves needs to be with the Dallas Cowboys. Guess it took an INTV with the 49ers to make the Cowboys wake up. Jerry Jones, Wade Phillips and the 'Boys need all the quality help they can get and Reeves is available. Good match.
    Coach Reeves will be hired as a consultant. Better get right to work. There is much to straighten out. 
    Bet the first advice he gives Mr. Jones and his 2 boys is this: Get rid of the knuckleheads. Cut T.O. loose. Stay away from Adam Jones. Don't sign anymore guys with guns like Tank Johnson. In fact, let me make the personnel decisions. I know a real player when I see one. You guys aren't qualified.
    The first advice he gives Wade needs to be: Get tough with these guys. The Mr. Nice Guy routine isn't working. Tell'm the plane is leaving if they aren't there on time.
    Dan better get to work in Big-D. There is a lot of work to get done.
    I just wonder what took Mr. Jones so long to figure out they needed Dan. The guy is a Cowboy legend. He comes from the Tom Landry Coach Tree. He's won playoff games. He's been to Super Bowls. He's been available for a few years now. Talk about being slow on the trigger finger. These guys had to see the 49ers and Singletary go after him before the alarm sounded. No wonder Jimmy Johnson got out of there.
