Finally Georgia Players Added to 'Dogs Broadcast
The Bulldogs Broadcast brass has finally given Georgia fans the insight they deserve. Kevin Butler and David Greene have been added to the Georgia Pre/Post Game Show. That's good news. Wonder why it took them so long to figure this one out. That credible former players like these two would be a valuable asset in telling the story accurately come football season. Zeier does a nice job during the game. Butler and Greene will now be a welcomed addition before and after the game.
Am I disappointed that this does not include me? Not at all. I've got a great situation at 680 The Fan. We're preparing for our 10th year of bringing fans our College Football Today Show Saturday mornings 9-12. I'll continue to breakdown the Georgia game and take a close look at the other big match-ups around CF. I like the freedom of producing and hosting the show. That makes it fun for me. Not stuck just promoting Georgia all the time. I have more freedom to tell it like I see it. When you work for them, you're not supposed to criticize. I don't work well under those conditions. Never been much of a cheerleader.
And anyway, I've been so fortunate to have experienced more than I ever imagined as a Georgia player. I'm content. I'm happy for those guys. It's good to see them a part of that team.
