Researching the #1 Fighting Gators

The Gator Offense enters this game struggling to score TDs in the Red Zone. And they have set the tone in their 1st possession in all 3 games; LSU, Arkansas, and Mississippi State, by settling for FG attempts and missing 2 of them. Tebow and his gang are frustrated. Allow me to break it down.
Against LSU: 3 Red Zone opportunities, 3 Field Goals.
    Against Arkansas: 7 Red Zone opp's, 3 FGs & a TD...missed FG and 2 fumbles.
    Against MSU: 6 RZ opp's, 3 FGs & a TD...missed FG and INTC return for a TD.
Total it up and here is the trend number: In the last 3 games, Florida's offense has had 16 Red Zone opportunities and has been limited to just 2 TDs. They have scored a TD only 12% of the time. They have missed 3 FGs. They have turned it over 3 times. So, more TOs than TDs. More missed FGs than TDs. Not good. In fact, that's ugly.
As I mentioned up top, the Gators offense moved into the RZ on their 1st possession in all 3 of these games and settled for FGs every time. This has dropped their confidence level. They don't really believe they will knock it in for a touchdown right now. They are expecting bad things to happen.
However, that could change Saturday in Jacksonville. Let them get in the Red Zone early and score a TD...the confidence comes roaring back and Georgia could be in big trouble. The Gators 40-plus number could reappear on the scoreboard.
The 'Dogs need to HUNKER DOWN in the first RZ situation and stop them. That would be huge.
