Aaron Murray Confidence Level

Young Murray has it. No, he doesn't have Stafford money. But the kid from Tampa does have the inner confidence. Matt believed he could get it done and Aaron fits that mold too. Believing you can get the job done is a large part of the equation. I believe the success Aaron had at Plant HS will assist him in being successful at Georgia. He's had a lot of success to draw from.
As I look back at the variables that helped me be successful as a young QB, the self-confidence characteristic was a key factor. Some might misinterpret this as being "cocky." Once Bill Pace, my former QB Coach, who exited in 1979, was quoted as saying, "Buck thinks all those people in the stands are coming to see him play." In print, that had some venom. Never had the chance to speak with him about that comment. Always wanted to ask him if he would have rather had a QB that had a lack of confidence.
Murray is a winner. Will he lead the nation is passing? No. Can he make big throws or big plays when the game hangs in the balance? I'd bet on it. Will he hang tough, when he throws a few picks? Or will he crumble? Count me among those that believe in Aaron Murray's talent and toughness. He's going to help them win this season.
His teammates already believe in him. Aaron believes in himself. Sounds like a really good balance to me. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what the media thinks, or what the lunatic fringe is barking about.
