Heard About The New Book?

Here we go, again. There is a new book coming out. "Belue To Scott" is the title.
And I would like you to know that I have nothing to do with it. Zero. The author has used my name and likeness without my permission. Amazing, uh? The guy just went ahead and did this without even asking. Can't say I happy about that.
I was approached months ago about telling my all my stories associated with the 1980 Georgia-Florida game and politely declined. I'm working on a project myself. Saw this Seinfeld episode once, which was about Kramer selling his great stories to a dude writing a book. The next scene was Kramer about to tell one of these great stories and then, he was told he couldn't do it. They weren't "his" stories anymore.
Anyway, now I'm seeing and hearing about "Belue to Scott."
Couple of things make me angry.
1- I didn't approve this guy using my name and likeness for his benefit. Is that legal?
2- The perception among our teammates now is this...Buck & Lindsay are out front taking all the credit and making a buck off it. Now that really makes me mad.
LIndsay feels like he was misled. Others that were interviewed feel the same way now. Scott was never told that his name would be out front on the book cover and the website. He was given the impression that this was about the team and the season. So, he's not happy about being interviewed for the book. The guy even had the nerve to tell him that he should help in selling his book.
Still haven't heard from the guy. Now he's got "Mr. College Football" Tony Barnhardt out there pushing it. Just thought you might want to hear the real story.
