'Dogs To Face Boise in Chick-Fil-A Kickoff!!

Got word this morning that Georgia has worked out a deal to play Boise State in next year's Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game. The official announcement is expected to come down in the next 24 hours. Must say, I love it. Great job Greg McGarity! Thanks Gary Stokan. This is awesome.
Stokan just kept on working this Chick Fil A Kickoff angle with Georgia until he got it done. Just last May, after getting turned down by Damon Evans, in a GA vs GT proposal, Gary admitted it would be after 2012 before he could get something done with Georgia or Tech. But then, McGarity jumped on this Boise State match-up.
   It's a great fit.
Bulldog fans will pack the Georgia Dome (Boise State will bring a few). The Broncos are always looking for ways to promote their program. And Georgia needs something to "Jump-Start" its program. Well, here it is. The hope here is that this will energize the 'Dogs. Got to be ready to play ball to start 2011. Or Boise State could roll over'm on the national stage.
Boise State loses 11 senior starters off this years team. But they also will return 11 starters, who will be seniors. Star QB Kellen Moore will be a senior, but he loses both WRs & the TE, and 2 OL. On defense, the Broncos lose only 1 DL & LB, but lose 3 in the secondary. And they must replace both specialists.
Wonder if the Chick-Fil-A folks helped Georgia pay the buyout with Louisville? Anyway, this is a good thing for Georgia and the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff game.
