Tereshinski Takes Over Strength Program

Coach Van Halanger is out as the Georgia Strength & Conditioning Coach. He's been reassigned and will work with players in a new capacity. Eleven losses the last two years and the perception of getting pushed around on Saturday was to blame. Plus, he's battled through some health issues recently too. Heads had to roll, changes had to be made.
Coach Tereshinski takes over the strength program now. And Coach John Kasay has resurfaced as an assistant. Both those guys are driven and motivated. Both those guys are big believers in pushing the weight around. Former players will be firmly behind those two guys. Current players already know what these two guys are all about...work. One source tells me another hire within the Strength program could take place in the coming weeks.
