I'm blown away. Jeremy Foley went with Will Muschamp. Wow. A Georgia man is now running the Gators. That is amazing. Anything is possible in big-time college football. Ladies and Bull Gators, introducing your new head footbal coach...Will Muschamp!
   Foley has that rep of going outside the box. Counter culture, man. Against the grain. And this appears to be a great hire. The media is going to play it up big. It's the "boom" Foley wanted to get. It'll be the talk of college football for weeks to come.
   Muschamp is a high energy guy. He'll hit the ground in Florida sprinting after 5-star recruits, looking to lock down another top class. Will will energize that #1 class Florida signed last year. He'll sell that story about how he great up back in the day in Gainvesville, playing street ball and admiring the Gators. Funny how that story never got told before.  
   Will's come a long way in 10 years. I stopped by Valdosta State back in 2000 and chatted with him and Kirby Smart, who were on the staff just getting their coaching careers started. And look at him now.
   Anxious to see who will join him on the staff obviously. Wonder how much money Foley will offer up to get his staff in there. They aren't known for spending big bucks on assistants. 
   How should a Georgia man feel? About the same as when Derek Dooley got the Tennessee job. It'l take some getting used to. Seeing Muschamp lead the Fightin' Gators on the field in Jacksonville will be odd. No doubt. But he's a Gator now. And Richt better get ready to brawl. The Georgia-Florida rivalry just stepped up to a new level.
