No word back from McGarity & Richt on my wanting to become a volunteer assistant. Still waiting. I'm ready to hit the recruiting trail. And word has it that those new assistants---Grantham, Belin & Lakatos---have picked up the pace and have motivated the other assistants to recruit harder. Sort of like when Wayne McDuffie arrived at Georgia and forced those other guys to pick it up, or get left behind. Like the sound of this. 
   To say this is a huge year recruiting is an understatement. And for the first time, this Georgia coaching staff must finish strong! No way around it. Got to lock down all these Super 11 players here in the state of Georgia. Can't emphasize this enough. Richt's staff MUST FINISH STRONG. It's the second step to getting this turned around.  
   The first? That change in the Strength & Conditioning Program.
   Take a quick look around at the top teams in CF. Check out the top teams in the SEC. We don't measure up on the LOS. We've got to get better up front. We need some of those dominant O-Line & D-Line players. Richt should tell Grantham and Searels to hit the JC scene, and don't come back until you have some big ugglies coming with you.
