Muschamp Ready For Pressor?

The Gators have scheduled a 6:30 press conference to introduce Will Muschamp as their new head ball coach. Wonder if he's ready for it? Might want to push that back a day or two, until he can get his staff lined up and on board.
Coach Muschamp can't do this alone. And it must be frustrating for him to have to throw out Plan A. Applewhite is staying at Texas. And Smart was out recruiting for Alabama yesterday, so that can't be a good sign. Word on the street says Kirby is staying with Saban. Will must be disappointed with that one. He was planning to have both these guys coming with him as key assistants. And it looks like he's 0-for-2.
Couple of thoughts. Did he not get their commitment in blood? I mean, Muschamp had to know that Mac Brown and Nick Saban weren't just going to stand by and watch these two guys leave. They were going to fight to keep them. Didn't Muschamp have a serious talk with Kirby about that scenario? What happens when Saban counters?
As a good friend, Kirby feels the lure to join him...but as a business decision, is that best for my career? Probably not.
Wonder what Plan B is? And can Muschamp solidify that before the big 6:30 pressor?
