'Dogs Late Christmas Present to A.J. Green
I found Georgia's Liberty Bowl gameplan in a local Waffle House. Must be Caleb King's. Guess he doesn't need it. You know, Herschel did this in the NFL once. Not that Herschel and Caleb have that much in common.
Anyway, it looks like Coach Bobo plans on giving A.J. a going away present...10-15 touches in the Liberty Bowl. Got get'm kid. Have a big day against that UCF secondary. And best of luck in the NFL. Hope you get with a team that can rebuild, and not with some sorry organization that will never win.
Bobo has a big selection of Quick Pass to call off that laminated play sheet...hitch, slant, screen. There are a lot of Intermediate Pass to choose from...out, curl, cross, dig, skinny post. Plus, there are some deep shots, off play-action that Bobo plans to call. Also, I see a reverse mixed in too. The Plan: get the ball to Green early and often.
UCF can't handle A.J. Green. O'Leary knows it. Kiper, Jr. knows it. You know it.
The only thing that can stop A.J. Green in the Liberty Bowl is a downpour, an injury, or a missed meeting or curfew. And after the early season issue, I'd bet A.J. won't rock the boat in Memphis. He's smarter than Caleb King.
Aaron Murray has done a good job of getting A.J. the ball. And he will do it again in Memphis.
