More Changes To Richt's Staff
These are not the changes that most Georgia fans were hoping for, but they are changes that needed to be made. It is what it is...changes that are designed to help the football program.
Bringing back Thomas Brown is a real positive. He joins the Strength & Conditioning Program. Love this move. His name alone gets respect from current players and with recruits. When he was taking handoffs from Shockley, Thomas was the strongest dude on the team. He could lift the Butts-Mehre Building. Thomas was committed. Look Tereshinski and Kasay are "old school." This addition brings in a younger voice. And a guy the players have great respect for.
The nutritionist move should have been made years ago. But again, this is a step forward. Get these guys eating the right things. Wonder is she will follow them around to see if they stay on track? Or is she has spy's at the local fast food joints?
Getting some of the staff members from Competitive Edge Sports involved in speed and agility training is another move that should make an impact. This is what they do...get athletes faster. Like the sound of that.
Good to see that Boykin, Sturdivant and Glenn are sticking around for their senior seasons. Let's be real. They needed to come back. Houston does to, in my opinion.
