Spring ball will be starting soon. And thank goodness, Aaron Murray is okay and will be able to go. He needs to be out there leading the way and getting some chemistry going with Tav King and Marlon Brown. 
   Coming off a losing season, this spring needs to be about one thing...finding guys that want to win. Not going to dig down deep and perform in the spring? That's a sign you're probably not going to get it done this fall. Seriously. Move aside, and let the next guy up get his shot.
   Grantham will have a lot of new faces at LB. Get the starters plugged in and turn them loose. This group needs to come out of spring ball feeling confident, as a group. There is some competition up front too. I'll be interesting to see who steps forward at DE. Need a serious upgrade there.
   On offense, the right side of that O-Line needs to get settled. Got to pass judgement on Ken Malcome at RB. Need to shuffle the deck at WR. Got to find a legit FB.
   There are a lot of things to get done this spring. Can't fool around, with Boise State looming. Time to find some guys that are determined to turn it around.
