Bulldog Fans: See "5 Guys"

Here is a "Hit List" of 5 guys you need to spotlight during G-Day Saturday.
1- OLB Jarvis Jones. Grantham needs him to be a star. Jarvis has the skill to be a big playmaker. And he plays a position that puts him in a spot to make a lot of plays. If the 'Dogs defense is to take a big step forward, then Jones will be a big reason why. He wears #29 and will play for the Red team.
2- Nose tackle Kwame Geathers. The big man has had a solid spring. He's been giving Ben Jones and the guards fits. Jenkins arrives soon, but it appears as though Kwame will find his way onto the field with the 1st defense too. He's easy to find, at 6'6" and 325 pounds. He wears #99 and will play for the Black. 'Dogs desperately need some dominant play on the D-Line this season. It would be huge if more than 1 guy steps up and "Hunkers Down."
3- WR Marlon Brown. A.J.'s gone to the NFL...Bulldogs offense needs a couple of guys to fill the void. Tav King has proven he can make big plays, but Marlon hasn't...yet. It's time to step up. Murray gets to throw to him. He wears #15 for the Black.
4- RB Ken Malcome. You've seen Caleb, Washaun and Carlton get reps at RB. You are awaiting the arrival of Crowell, later this summer. But you haven't seen this redshirt freshman RB yet. Malcome gets a shot to impress on G-Day and I'll bet he's excited about that opportunity. Ken was a tough runner in HS. And if he can run tough right now, he might earn some reps at RB this fall.
5- The OTs/Glenn, Harmon and Anderson. Cordy has the talent to be a high draft pick next spring and he takes over at LT. Harmon and Anderson are competing for the RT job. G-Day will be a good time to check them out and pass a little judgement.
