Time Slot Moves To Noon

The word is out. Starting tomorrow (July 18th), I'll be moving to the Noon-3 time slot. And it's a win-win scenario for me.
As the father of a young family, this helps me. Now, I can participate with the boys, as they move up through the youth leagues...maybe even coach. For the first time, I can sit down and have dinner with the family. Just thrilled about this.
The move also helps me on the job. Now I can work the Braves Pre-Game Show the right way. Doing B&K, I was stuck behind the mic, instead of hanging next to the batting cage talking to Braves players, getting a feel for the storylines. It opens up interview opportunities too. Finally, I can do this job like it should be done. The move also helps me with Georgia Bulldog coverage.
Eleven years in that late afternoon time slot was a really good run, but it was probably time for a change.
Hope that you will follow me to the 12-3 time slot. And thank you for all your time spend listening.

Good luck Buck from a guy who went to school with you-but I played Rugby- we had a couch on the bridge with a keg when you came in the game against Tech for the great comeback--those were the days-I always have your back my brother
