Crowell Shines in 'Dogs Scrimmage

Isaiah Crowell ran it 13 times for 84 yards today. Scored a TD. Averaged 6.4 yards per tote. Pretty good stuff for a freshman mixing it up for the first time. He must have enjoyed running around Between the Hedges.
One source told me he's now sold on Crowell. He's special. Said he saw Isaiah catch a swing pass and make a CB look silly, with a quick move out in open space. Couple of plays later, he said Isaiah met a ILB in the hole and put a spin move on him...the LB grabbed at air.
One of the first impressions I had on him was his pass-catching ability. Looks so smooth catching it. Coach Bobo is going to take advantage of this talent. Throw it to him.
He looks 210 pounds to me, with strong legs. Maybe he can hold up between the tackles and take some abuse. Again, 10-15 carries against Boise State looks realistic. Maybe get him 3-5 touches in the passing game.
Samuel carried it 11 times for 82 yards. And at his size, Richard should be a load hitting the LOS at 240 pounds. This should be a good 1-2 punch.
Ogletree had 8 tackles. Jarvis Jones 3 sacks. The #1 defense knocked around Hutson Mason and Ken Malcome (that couldn't have been much fun for those 2 guys).
