Bulldogs Endure 2nd Big Scrimmage

Can't Blame Richt/Bobo for holding Crowell & Samuel out of the 2nd scrimmage. Both are dinged up. Both have had impressive starts to camp. Big games at the front of the schedule, so you've got to have those 2 guys ready to go. Getting reps at practice, without getting hit is probably the right decision. T
The only real concern is this: Will they cough it up, when they get hit come gametime? Priority #1 vs. Boise State is to protect the ball.
Losing Jakar Hamilton at FS is a depth hit. But this is something the 'Dogs defense should be able to absorb. Shawn Willliams is and has been the clear #1. Sanders Commings can slide over from CB. And freshman Corey Moore is an impressive talent too.
Alec Ogletree continues to be a stud. Another 8 "stop" day. Plus, a sack and a PBU (pass break up). He's ready for a breakout season. Could be the next great Georgia LB. And Jarvis Jones had another impact scrimmage too. Jarvis had 5 tackles and a sack. That's 3 sacks in 2 practices. Wonder if Kellen Moore knows about these 2 LB's?
On offense, Murray shined throwing it around (11-16). And freshman WR Malcolm MItchell had 3 grabs. Go ahead and pencil the kid from Valdosta into the WR rotation. He's making plays in practice. They are coaching him up hard (always a sign the staff expects you to contribute). Ready for a lead role? Probably not. But he's ready to get started.
Hearing good things about Kwame Geathers. Dominant play on the interior. This D-Line should be the most improved position group on the team.
