Vols Defense To Get After Crowell

Look for the Vols defense to get some extra guys in the box, in order to get after the 'Dogs running game. And they will man up on the outside, in order to turn the safety loose on Crowell. You'll hear the phrase "out number them in the run game." And that means: put more bodies in the box, than the offense can block. Isaiah is going to have to make that free man miss.
This also gives the 'Dog WRs an opportunity to make some big plays down the field. The CBs will man up. It's 1-on-1. Malcom Mitchell will see the ball come his way. Sure hope he brings it down a few times. That would be huge.
The big challenge for our offense is up front, at the point of attack. Sounds like we are rushing Chris Burnette back, because Gates didn't get the job done last weekend. Richt spoke in his press conference about the O-Line needing to put it together fast. They aren't there yet. And he's talking run blocking and protecting Aaron Murray.
Murray needs to pull his foot off the accelerator a little. Can't have the "Pick 6" Saturday. Or 3 interceptions. It's time for him to understand what he can't get away with. Protect the ball. Make some better decisions. Throw it away, if the play isn't there.
As it stands right now, Aaron's 6 interceptions are the most in the SEC, other than Garcia's 9. Sure like how Aaron plays the game...let's it all hang out, goes for it. But he can't be turning it over like this, if the 'Dogs are going to win on Knoxville.
