Young Receivers Save Dogs Big
Chris Conley stepped up and made some big plays in Jacksonville. He's obviously got some game. I'm impressed. He hasn't really played that much, but he still delivered against the Gators.
Michael Bennett was even more awesome. The redshirt freshman saved the day, with one of the day's biggest plays. Dogs down 17-3, Richt goes for it on 4th down...Murray throws a beauty against tight coverage and Bennett rips it away for a TD. The Bulldogs rallied from there. Huge catch. Big play. Strong hands. Fearless. And Murray is going to him because of it.
Malcolm Mitchell has delivered the big-play ability that this offense needs. It's a shame the hamstring has held him back, in this stretch of the season. That was a big stage to miss in Jacksonville. I know it hurt him to stay back home in Athens. Unable to help. Need him to get back next week against Auburn.

Good points Buck. While there were a lot of big plays in the game I think Bennett's was the biggest. 4th down and Bennett makes a tough catch against good coverage. Getting back within 7 was huge as was the spark from the play. That kid has made a couple of pressure catches. The one against Carolina was pretty incredible. The future of the receiving corps looks bright.
