Time To Face Georgia Tech

"Clean, old-fashioned hate." Please. There is nothing clean about the Georgia-Georgia Tech game. It's nasty. One of those strap-it-up-tight and get ready to spill your guts experiences. It's serious business. Some of the other games on the schedule are fun. This rivalry is way too serious to be any fun. After winning, it's fun. But during the game...all business.
Toe meets leather at high noon Saturday. Tech plays host. And it should be an interesting scuffle.
Grantham plays a game of chess against Coach Paul Johnson. Coach Bobo and Coach Groh match wits on the other side. So, the coaching match-ups are interesting.
At this moment, two storylines are obvious.
Can the 'Dogs offense run it, with Crowell's ankle hurting? Not sure Harton and Malcome can get the job done. The Jackets probably believe they can stop the run and make the 'Dogs predictable (pass more).
And can the Jackets get any plays out of the passing game? Hill has a sore back. Grantham is prepared to load the box and man up on the outside, with Boykin and Smith.
   More later.

just wanted to hear your thoughts. I am concerned with Crowell having the mental toughness to compete in the SEC on a daily basis. We all know it is nothing like class a ball. I understand he was probably hurting Saturday but I never once saw him remove his can from the bench after halftime of the Kentucky game. We have to be a team player and support our team even if we are not playing. Tell me I am wrong in what I see.

Will UGA be left out? If things go according to plan this week and LSU and Alabama are set for the national championship game. However, the SEC game turns out to be won by UGA next week some say LSU would still go to the big game in the number 2 position.
So, where does UGA go bowling? Is there a rule that only 2 teams can go to BCS bowls. If the SEC has 2 in the NC game. Will UGA be left out of the Sugar? I can't find anyone addressing this question. Also, 2 teams not winning their conference in the NC, ridiculus. No one is addressing UGA from 2007 finishing number 2 in the final poll but must be left out because they didn't play for a championship.
    Blow up the BCS.
    Go Dawgs!
