Murray's Got To Be Sharp
The 'Dogs have plenty of weapons. Guys that can go get it. Orson Charles and Tavarres King lead the way. Malcolm Mitchell impacts the game, with his big-play ability. Michael Bennett leads the league in tough grabs. Marlon Brown has made some noise. Chris Conley has made some nice plays. Georgia has plenty of weapons.
Aaron Murray has delivered a 1st Team All-SEC season too. Dude has 28 TDs. Maybe missed on a couple more last weekend against Kentucky. He had Tavarres deep twice, but missed him. Need to hit those on Saturday.
GT DC Al Groh will throw a mix of schemes against Murray Saturday. Tech plays zone, man, blitz, combination man, Cover 2...so, a QB has to pay attention. Got to be sharp recognizing the coverage. Because if you get a combo coverage and don't see it, that throw can come back to the house. Those plays can change a game quick.
Jemea Thomas (#14) is jumping some routes for GT at safety. He is playing with confidence. That's a guy to keep an eye on, if you're Murray.
Still sounds like Crowell will try and go. But the plan for him can't be a big load. Looks like Carlton Thomas is the go-to-guy Saturday. Coach Bobo will have to lean on Aaron and the passing game more in this game.
