Big Game, Big Boy Football

The work is done. It's almost time to play the big game. Players should now be doing some serious soul-searching. And trying to focus on how to play their best football. The 'Dogs need to play their best game of the season, in order to take out the top team in the country.
By now, Murray is probably tired of studying game tape of the LSU defense. Right now, Aaron is anxious to play ball. The preperation is all done. The hay is already in the barn. All that's left is to watch the clock tick down to kick-off.
Do the 'Dogs have it in them to pull off the upset? Certainly. Will they? Got to go get it done.
The biggest question centers around the freshman RB. Will Isaiah Crowell show up and play ball? He's 2 weeks removed from injuring his ankle. He looked strong at Tuesday's practice. But the Wednesday report was frustrating. Reportedly, he pulled out of some practice time and the upperclassmen didn't appreciate that. Then, Coach Richt told the media that he didn't want to discuss the tailbacks. Frustrating.
Again, will he show up to play? We'll know at 4:00 Saturday afternoon. I'd be willing to bet that Sunday Richt is in Raleigh, sitting down with top-rated RB Keith Marshall. Crowell has not proven to be real dependable.
Grantham's defense has got to Hunker Down, for the 'Dogs to stay in this one. And the D has to stay strong deep into the 2nd half. Murray will play his heart out. Sure hope our WRs can make some plays, against LSU's talented secondary. Our special teams need to win too.
Almost time to play some big-boy football. Sure hope we show up big.

Buck, was at the game Saturday, so I watched the replay Sunday on CSS. Man, your play-by-play partner really struggled. CSS needs to address that, seriously. And I'm not usually too hard on people about mistakes, but he was bad. About the game, I'm thinking I'm seeing a QB controversy in the making. And it really sounds like yourself, along with E Zeier are with me on this. I think you need to have an hour or so on this topic during your radio show tomorrow. Mason looks really comfortable to me. Would love to see him get some more playing time. Good Job.
