Bulldogs Face Michigan State in Outback Bowl

Georgia is off to Tampa to bring in the New Year. It'll be an Outback Bowl match-up against a tough Michigan State team. The Spartans will be a tougher test, than the one the 'Dogs faced on the first day of 2009, in the Capital One Bowl. That day, Matt Stafford was the MVP, in a 24-12 win.
This time around, the Spartans feature a QB (Kirk Cousins) that can play ball and some legit weapons. And the Spartan defense is rugged (except when they face Russell Wilson and Wisconsin). Georgia will face a tough test.
The last time the Bulldogs were in Tampa, it was the first day of 2005. Georgia beat Wisconsin 24-21. That was the final game for David Greene and David Pollack.

Not sayin' it won't be a challenge but, "yawn." I'm tired of UGA vs Big Ten repeat opponents (Wis. Purdue, Mich. State). Boring.
